It's great.

Chief Tidwell, one of the panelists, talks about the Proposed Planning Rule, Travel Management, and Special Use Permitting.  Lots of criticism about the 2011 Proposed Rule.  There are a few harsh words and loaded questions for the Chief.

They talk about a lot of other stuff, but they talk about the Proposed Planning Rule mostly.  And of course, each congressman has their own unique concerns, and you can get a feel for FS supporters/detractors in the house.  Notice the title of the oversight hearing uses the words "Forest Service regulatory roadblocks..." and the title of the press release "Onerous Regulatory Actions Stifle Economic Activites..."  geez...  biased much?

There's critique specifically about Assessments starting around 26:05.  Hmmmmm.....
